Step #2:

Support Team will determine what further action is required they will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with prepaid return shipping label (label to be determined by support team). You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package include your proof of purchase date with the product.

Warranty issues and returns for Lithium Portable Power Stations will be handled through our Customer Solutions Center in Salt Lake City, in conjunction with a third-party shipping company. Please note returns of the Lithium products can take longer to execute when you do not have possession of the original packaging and packing materials. Do not attempt to ship the Lithium without obtaining proper labels and documentation from the third-party shipping company.

Step #1:

Call NRG Go's Customer Solutions team at 1-888-794-6250, this skilled team will help you as much as possible throughout the return process, including helping you find the closets appropriate shipping facility.

Step #2:

Once initiated, you'll receive return labels, documents and instructions from a third-party shipping company in approximately 7 to 10 business days. DO NOT attempt to ship the Lithium without the proper labels and documentation.

Step #3:

After shipping your return with proper labels and documenation, and once the product is received at the NRG Go Warehouse, your credit will be issued.
